Ian Walters is a Chartered Accountant and also a Business Consultant by Profession. Also previously involved in manufacturing Farm Machinery in a proprietary role . Ian can be described as a lateral thinker and indeed is also a recently retired Church of England Vicar having contributed in no small way to the Spiritual well being of many of those that He served.. Ian's role is to assist Alan Greenfield in the Financial Management and necessary security elements within PEN.
